Refund policy
14-Day Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy which means you have 14 days after receiving your products to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused with tags and in its original and sealed packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, email us at hello@thehoteltraveller.shop with your order number.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on where to send your package. You will be responsible for any return costs. Products sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Certain types of products cannot be returned like made on demand products (such as t-shirts) and custom products (such as special orders or personalised products).

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if products are being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damaged or Wrong Products
If your products arrive faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 14 days of receipt of products by writing to hello@thehoteltraveller.shop. We will evaluate the issue and offer an appropriate remedy.
