Welcome to The Hotel Traveller ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase of our products. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

 2) Products

While we aim to ensure our product descriptions are accurate, minor variations may occur including colour and/or design. Images are for illustrative purposes only and do not form part of any product descriptions.

 3) Orders

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order. If this happens, we will notify you.

4) Privacy Policy

Our privacy policy is available on our website (www.thehoteltraveller.shop).

Your privacy and personal information are important to us. Any personal information that you provide to us will be dealt with in line with our Privacy Policy.

 5) 14 Day Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire or a third party other than the courier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the products.

To exercise your right to cancel you must make a request to cancel in writing to  hello@thehoteltraveller.shop. Please include your order number. 

Your cancellation will only be effective once we have reviewed your request and issued a written confirmation of cancellation. We may ask for proof of purchase.

Once your cancellation is accepted we will provide you with return instructions including the address to which the products must be sent.

Our 14 day Cancellation Policy is subject to clause 8 (14 Day Return Policy) and clause 9 (Refunds).

6) Pricing and payment

All prices shown on our UK online store are charged in British Pounds Sterling (GBP £) and may include VAT where applicable. Prices shown on our USA online store are charged in United States Dollars (USD $). Currency is determined by the online store region selected by you. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering using the available payment methods shown during the check out process.

7) Delivery

Third party courier services are used to deliver our products. We will not be liable for any delays in delivery arising from circumstances outside our control including but not limited to courier delays, supply chain disruptions, weather conditions, public holidays or other unforeseen events.

Unless you and we agree otherwise, if we cannot deliver products within 30 days of the date of your confirmation email, we will let you know, cancel your order and give you a refund.

Delivery locations

Currently delivery of our t-shirts is available within the UK and the USA. Orders are fulfilled and shipped through third-party fulfilment and courier services located in the UK and the USA. All other products are sold and delivered within the UK only. 

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delivery Times

Our t-shirts are made to order and estimated delivery times within the UK are 4-6 working days excluding order fulfilment time. Standard delivery within the USA is typically 3-6 working days excluding order fulfilment time. For t-shirt orders delivered within the USA, express delivery may be available at checkout where applicable.

All other products that are not made to order are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days. Standard delivery times are 2–5 working days after dispatch.

Delivery to remote areas of the UK and USA may take longer.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges (if applicable) will be shown during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.

Missed Deliveries

If delivery is missed, you are responsible for arranging redelivery or collection as instructed by the courier. If products are returned to us due to failed delivery attempt(s) we may charge for redelivery.

8) 14 Day Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy which means once your cancellation has been confirmed by us you must return the products to the address we provide within 14 days of the date of our confirmation. 

All returned products must be in their original and sealed packaging, unworn or unused with tags and in a resaleable condition. Products must be accompanied by any accessories, manuals and promotional items originally supplied.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service and keeping proof of postage. 

Certain types of products cannot be returned like made on demand products (such as t-shirts) and custom products (such as special orders or personalised products).

9) Refunds

If your cancellation request is accepted and the products are returned to us in accordance with our return policy, we will issue your refund within 14 days of either receiving the returned products or receiving evidence that the products have been sent back to us, whichever occurs first. If no products were supplied your refund will be issued within 14 days of the date we confirmed your cancellation.

All refunds will be made using the original payment method you used for the transaction unless agreed otherwise.

10) Damaged or Wrong Products

If your products arrive faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 14 days of receipt of products by writing to hello@thehoteltraveller.shop. We will review the issue and offer an appropriate remedy.

11) Discounts, Promotions and Special Offers

We may from time to time offer discounts, promotions or special offers on our products. All such offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn, amended or cancelled at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any discount or promotional offer in the event of misuse, error or fraudulent activity. Promotional offers are valid for the duration specified and cannot be combined with other promotions unless expressly stated. By participating in a promotion or using a discount, you agree to these terms.

 12) Disputes

If you are unhappy with the product you ordered, our service to you or any other matter please contact us as soon as possible at hello@thehoteltraveller.shop

We will try to resolve any disputes with you quickly and efficiently.

If a dispute cannot be resolved or you are unhappy with the outcome, you may want to use alternative dispute resolution (ADR). ADR is a process for resolving disputes between you and us that does not involve going to court. If you do not wish to use ADR you can still bring court proceedings.

 13) Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

 14) Amendments

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will take effect when published on our website. Continued use of our site or services after updates will be taken as acceptance of the revised terms.
